Dr. Ahmed completed her residency at Resurrection Westlake hospital. She worked as a hospitalist and primary care physician, which reinforces her focus on quality, patient safety and clinical effectiveness.
Dr. Ahmed's practice philosophy is to focus on the whole patient, not just the ailment to improve the health and effectively coordinate the care of patients. Special focus on geriatrics care to optimize the quality of life and functional ability of patients.

Tahir Mahmood, MD is a board-certified internist.
Dr. Mahmood completed his residency at Western Pennsylvania Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. He worked as a hospitalist and primary care physician and posses over 20 years of comprehensive patient care experience.
Dr. Mahmood also speaks Hindi and Urdu.

Hiralben Gandhi, APN, is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She received her Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner from Olivet Nazarene University. Prior to joining Primary Care Services, Ms. Gandhi worked in the skilled nursing facilities (SNF)/Post-Acute settings. Ms. Gandhi also speaks Gujarati and Hindi.
Giedre Pritchard, APN, is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She received her Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner from Olivet Nazarene University. Ms. Pritchard also speaks Lithuanian and Russian.
